a) Each vehicle may only be advertised once simultaneously.
b) The advertiser must actually possess the offered vehicle. The advertised vehicles must not be ordered or yet to be ordered.
c) Directly/parallel-imported vehicles must be explicitly declared in the advertisement.
d) Advertised vehicles must be available for inspection, test drive, and delivery within a week.
e) The location of the offered vehicle as well as the provider must be in Switzerland/Liechtenstein.
f) Wanted ads are not allowed on CARINDEX.
g) The information about the vehicle advertised must be truthful.
h) The vehicle fields specified by CARINDEX may only be used for their intended purpose. In particular, the “Version” field must not contain remarks such as discounts, leasing, etc. The field must exclusively contain model, version including special series, technical specifications of the engine and displacement, and for electric vehicles, indication of whether the battery is included or rented.
i) From the Motor Vehicle Inspection (MFK) onwards, if the last inspection is still valid for 12 months or is carried out before delivery.
j) Only one vehicle can be recorded per advertisement, i.e., the brand and model cannot be changed subsequently.
